As the Chief Operating Officer at Worthington Financial Partners, Steve is responsible for evaluating and enhancing internal organizational processes and infrastructure, including Business Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
Steve graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and spent several years in the aerospace industry. He left Engineering to pursue a career in Technical Sales; after several years in diverse sales environments, his career progressed into Sales Management and Organizational Leadership. Steve has been with Worthington Financial Partners since 2013 and was promoted to his current position in 2018.
Steve is Life, Health, Property, & Casualty Insurance licensed in Maryland and Virginia.
