As a Managing Director with Worthington Financial Partners, Phil is responsible for bringing new agents into the firm as well as assisting experienced agents with the continued development and advancement of their practice. With over 17 years experience in the financial services industry, Phil is very passionate about his profession and is a true servant leader to the professionals he works with.
Phil was born and raised in Ridley Park, PA and graduated from Delaware Community College where he earned his degree in Criminal Justice. He currently lives in Avondale, PA with his wife Jennifer and their three children, Philip, Ava, and Dominic. During his time away from work, Phil enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Phil holds his FINRA Series 7, 6, and 63 registrations and is a Registered Representative offering securities in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. He is also insurance licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia.
