Born and raised in Catonsville, MD, Luke Buczynski graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School and the University of Maryland with a focus in Communication and Business. His early years working in family-owned businesses taught him the importance of reliability, clear communication, and supporting people through meaningful, long-term relationships.

Luke brings that same mindset to his work at Worthington Financial Partners, where he assists families in the Special Needs community and federal employees, including those serving in special category positions, who require tailored strategies. He works directly with parents, caregivers, and community organizations to help them understand their options, safeguard critical benefits, and build long-term financial clarity.
