Daesung "Jay" Ji

"Jay" currently works as a Managing Associate at Worthington Financial Partners and as a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative with Equity Services, Inc.  He takes pride in providing his clients with a wide range of investment products and services, including variable annuities, mutual funds, and ETFs. His focus also includes asset-based management, financial planning, and estate planning strategies tailored to individual financial goals.

Since 2015, Jay has owned and operated multiple small businesses in Maryland and Virginia. These experiences give him a deep understanding of the unique financial planning needs of small business owners, especially in the areas of tax-efficient retirement planning.

Jay studied Economics at both Georgetown University and The George Washington University. Outside of work, he is passionate about clay shooting sports and plans to earn his NRA Level 2 Shotgun Coach certification. Coaching new shooters, including his own daughters, is a personal goal. He loves the sport for its intensity, focus, and the competitive drive it brings to a "getting-old" man like himself; Jay says, "it’s an important part of my own well-being and retirement lifestyle."
