Sean McNicholas

Sean was raised in York, PA, after moving at a young age from Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Albright College in Reading, PA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
History. During his time in college, he sharpened his critical thinking and analysis skills. He started at Worthington in August of 2026, excited to make an impact and help those uncertain of what to do to prepare for the exciting future to come. Sean works with individuals, families, business owners, and professionals in the sports industry. When he’s not working, you can find Sean coaching lacrosse at the youth and college levels, watching NFL games on Sundays, and on the golf course. 

Sean is a licensed life and health insurance producer in the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland.
