    • Licensed to sell insurance or willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance License (For securities products, must obtain securities licenses).
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work/sales experience desired.

    • Have meaningful conversations with clients to learn about their income, expenses, insurance, financial goals, taxes, and comfort with risk so you can help build a personalized financial plan.
    • Provide thoughtful answers to client questions and offer guidance based on their financial needs.
    • Recommend strategies across areas like insurance, investing, budgeting, and saving to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
    • Regularly check in on client accounts to see if anything has changed in their lives, the economy, or their financial performance that may require adjustments.
    • Review financial data provided by clients to help shape effective and personalized strategies.
    • Approach the job with resilience and humility, especially when navigating challenges or change.
    • Create or explain key documents like investment summaries, income projections, and performance reports so clients understand their financial picture.
    • Put plans into action or connect clients with other trusted professionals when needed.
    • Keep client portfolios up to date and aligned with their goals.
    • Stay in touch with clients often to keep up with any shifts in their financial situation.
    • Build strong relationships and grow your client base over time.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a similar field
    • 1-2 years of sales experience
    • Life and health license
    • Willingness to expand securities licenses
    • Experience providing quality financial advice
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Valid driver’s license
